Free returns, free exchanges.
It's 2016 - what kind of stone age shop makes you pay for returns and exchanges?! Your shopping experience here should be smooth, and we always want you to come away from your experience at Heritage Sports Co. feeling good. With that said, we offer free returns and exchanges on all orders.
To get started on a return, exchange, or request for a refund, please fill out the contact form. Simply state what you're looking to do, and we'll get you hooked up with a prepaid shipping label to get the process started. Our only ask - please make sure that you ask for returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Additionally, please give us 3-5 days once we receive your return for processing so we can get a new order out.
A word on order processing times.
We want you in your gear as soon as humanly possible. Do keep in mind though that our fulfillment team only operates currently Monday through Friday. This means its possible that if you order later in the week, your order may ship out the following Monday.
